Spacious lobby, dining area and rooms. Clean throughout, excellent helpful staff, good food, close public transport, central to CBD. Garden wing seemed to lack a garden, overlooked a building site. Rooms a little worn in garden wing. All the staff were helpful, informative, always cheerful, eager to assist in any way they could, and well presented. The food was reasonably priced and tasty, the breakfast had good selections to suite all diets. Room service was efficient, and unobtrusive. The general atmosphere of the hotel was vibrant yet relaxing, the evening entertainment was mixed in its professional ability. I would have no problem in recommending the Windsor to others and would be very happy to stay there in future. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the skyrail well worth the 5 mins walk.
