Room service 24hr, clean room and enough space to feel comfortable, make up room everyday, smiley staffs, near the big mall and 7-11, quiet, always taxi passing at front of the hotel. traffic jams around, far from sightseeing place in the centre of bangkok... but there are some tricks 1.you can leave room in the early morning, spend all day long in center and return back you room after 9 pm.(to avoide traffic jams). 2.You can use the small boat public service at the end of lane(soi)(Pier Wat Klang)-ask for hotel mini golf car service to send your at the peir/or moterbike taxi. The boat can directly send you around MBK(Pier Sa-pan Hua Chang)and Sky train station. However, the boat service is very rush, crowed, you have to step very quick,and remember well the pier names, really not convenience for children. The water is dirty till dark. However, taking this small boat service can be both scary and fun at the same time. The hotel is so nice by its price. I really like 24hr room service. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet. Beautiful polite and smiley staff. Eventhough the hotel is on a small lane (soi),we can take the taxi just in front of the hotel. It is true that there are traffic james around here and it is far from the the Bkk centre. But what make you need to be in the centre? There are big malls around here with nice restaurants,good cinemas and a water park. If you want a sightseeing, just leave the room in the morning before 7 am to avoid traffic, then spend all there long at the centre, return around 9-10 pm to sleep at the comfortable room. (I took the taxi from Khao San at midnight, I paid around 150 baht,20 min) Shopping Tip : There is a big mall which really complex
