These houses were constructed in the reign of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) in 1908 and converted to restaurant and Thai handicraft shop in 1981. On 7 Sep 1984 Her Royal Highness Maha Chakri SirinThorn Graciously bestowed certificate for The Conservation of Historic Building Award on the occasion of fiftieth anniversary of The association of Siamese Architects under Royal patronage.
