Friendly staff made us feel welcome. We traveled with our baby girl and they provided us with baby soap, shampoo and a gift for her. Rooms were nice with city views of Bangkok. Check in and check out was very fast and easy. Breakfast was great, fresh food and lots of variety. One minute walk to skytrain, which was handy. Great hotel! I would recommend it to anyone. I will be going there again. Not much at shopping close by. Have to catch sky train to go to main shopping area. When we first arrived, the staff were very friendly and made us feel warm. We have a baby girl and they provided us with baby bed also baby soap, shampoo and a gift for our daughter: a small elephant that she really loved to play with. That gave us more time to relax and enjoy our holiday. The rooms were very clean and the shower and bathtub were separate, which was great. We had our own butler service so it made our lives much easier and we were able to enjoy ourselves with more spare time. The breakfast was good there were lots of different varieties and all were fresh. The staff were great they were very friendly they kept on asking if we wanted tea or coffee and they pulled the chairs back so we can sit down. The staff are trained well and very professional. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I will be staying at this hotel again when I go to Thailand again.
