1. Clean & new hotel. Small but cozy room. Comfortable bed and pillow. Clean toilet with basic facilities. Hairdryer is provided. Big LCD TV. Coffee making facilities. Mini fridge with cheap drinks. Complimentary mineral water, coffee / tea everyday. Free Wifi connection in every room. Free usage of Internet PC at Main Lobby. 2. Great service from the hotel staff. Clean your room everyday. Bellboy service is available. Guards open doors for you whenever you enter the hotel and out the hotel. Good security. Lifts and all rooms are operated by key cards. Free Tuk Tuk service to nearby area. And also thanks for their recommendation to RCA... great clubs and people... 1. Most of the Taxi driver and Tuk Tuk driver don't know the way to this hotel. (included airport taxi). Our airport driver sent us to City Inn Hotel. So must remember to print out the thai language Map from the hotel website. Just show to the driver and they will have no problem. 2. No hand / face towel in toilet, only shower towel and floor towel. Hope the management can look into this. 3. Hotel vegetarian breakfast taste so so. Served indian food and some western food. Not many choices. Maybe i don't like to take spicy food in the morning. Hope they can serve some omelette or congee. 4. They only provide one room key card. So if you have to go out and leave ur partner or spouse in the room, you cant access the lift. If the take the card out there is no electricity in the room.. What should i do my dear Hotel Manager??? 1.There is a 24 hrs store right next door. Similar to 7-11. 2. 10 steps from the hotel, start to hunt for food. Lots of food stall at the road side. Very delicious. BBQ and local coffee is a must try. I "feels" that the food here are "cleaner" due to less traffic around, compare to the food stalls on the mainroad. 3. 1 minute walk from to hotel... shopping starts... countless of nice, cheap and high quality cloths and shoes around. There is also a sunday market... on sunday ofcoz... 4. 5 mins walk, Pratunam Market... Shopping Paradise.. Very honest price... no "slashing" around.. may ask for some discount provided u buy more than 2 or 3 pcs per outlet. 5. 7 - 10 mins walk... Platinum Mall... Shopper's Heaven.. more than 1500 outlet on 6 level of shopping. Just remember to buy at least 2 or 3 pcs per outlet and ask for wholesale price.Great & cheap food court on the top floor. Pork Stew is a must try. 6. 20 mins walk - Central World Shopping Center, Gayson Shopping Mall, Erawan Shrine. 7. 25 mins walk - Siam Paragon Shopping Mall, Siam Square, Siam Discovery 8. 30mins walk - MBK Shopping Mall Nightlife Tip : Club Route 66 @ RCA. Definately worth a visit for nice ambience, nice music, nice people & reasonable price. Tuk Tuk cost around 180baht & approx. 15mins drive from the hotel.
