1. The Thai/western restaurant:we loved the food so much, we had dinner there on all three nights, very reasonably priced 2. The pool: fantastic for early morning lap swimming 1. air-conditioning in the room is a bit tired. takes too long to cool the room down. 2. If you are tall (like my son) it's a bit awkward to stand under the shower, as it is set back on the wall, water luke warm, which was not a problem. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the sky train and the river (very cheap and pleasant trips on river express boat!)At the same time it is really quiet. Our room had a good size, good beds, (we loved the doonas!)Unfortunately, only cable-TV, no satelite as on Koh Samui, so we missed out on the Wimbledon finals.We also enjoyed the foot massage after a long day sight-seeing. We would stay there again in future. Restaurant Tip : Eat in the hotel restaurant - you get value for money and very tasty, too
