Passenger departing Thailand must be inspected for prohibited and restricted articles. .
Arriving passenger is required to complete the Customs Declaration Form before going through Customs. Passenger with nothing to declare should proceed to the Green Channel (Nothing to declare) but those with articles to be declared should proceed to the Red Channel (goods to declare) with completed Declaration Form. Failure to declare dutiable, restricted or prohibited articles, if found, the articles must be confiscated and the passenger must be fined four times of such articles' prices.
Plant Quarantine
Passenger bringing into or sending out plants or plant products should learn and conduct according to relevant regulations. Plant Quarantine Office at the airport is in charge of this matter.

Health Control
Before departing for any country, make sure whether country of destination requires medical check certificate or not. If it is required, passenger can ask for it from the Health Control at BIA international passenger terminal.
Moreover, passenger from stricken country of inoculation paper has to inform his/her entry into the Kingdom of Thailand to Health Control at BIA as well.
